Circle View offers guests complete use of a fully equipped guest kitchen, private bathrooms, AC, game room with foosball, pingpong and games, movies, high speed internet with free WIFI , viewing porch, hiking, horses, burros, rock hunting, game hunting (seasonal), great conversation, and of course a full, home cooked breakfast each morning of your stay.

We welcome and encourage families with well-behaved children to come stay with us and enjoy the ranch!

Many people ask us about riding horses while staying on the ranch. While we don't do this at the Circle View Ranch, our brother Daniel and his family will take you on an amazing ride through their ranch just 4 miles from our ranch. We have just completed construction of a modern cabin out on the plains of the prairie in the middle of the ranch. Enjoy the beauty of the ranch and the Badlands while having NO other people around! This cabin sleeps 6 people (2 queens with bunks) and has a full bath with kitchenette. This cabin sits one mile from the main B&B. More details here

R A T E S

Rates are estimates and are subject to change based on season and availability. We try to cater to a variety of guests' needs and put together a total package, especially for extended stays or for groups of two or more rooms. These rates include a full ranch breakfast served at 7:30am each day.

Estimated 2010 Summer Rates:
$95 per night > One Room, One Queen Bed, 2 Guests
$105 per night> One room, One King bed, 2 Guests
$110 per night> One room, Two Queen Beds, 2 Guests
$130 per night> One Room, Two Queen Beds, family of 4
SUITE: starts at $150 for 4 people. Each additional person, $10 each

We do offer shoulder and off-season rates along with group rates (3 or more rooms).
We offer a discount for extended stays (4 or more nights).

Cancellations and Ranch Policies

Check in time is from 3-9pm, Mountain Time. Check out is 10:30am. Please, no early check ins.

Reservations are confirmed with a Visa, MC or Discover card. No charge is made to the card when reservations are made.

There is a $30 per room cancelation fee imposed on ALL cancelled reservations regardless of cancellation date Please give us 30 days notice of cancellation and no other charge will be made to your credit card number besides the $30.. Cancellations within 30 days of your arrival, you are responsible for the full amount of the reservation.

No refunds given for early check outs. Please book only what you intend to stay.

No-shows are responsible for payment of the entire reservation.

For the comfort of all our guests, Circle View Ranch is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is permitted outside only. Guests smoking in the house will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.

We regret we are unable to accommodate guest pets inside the B&B. (However well behaved pets may stay with you in the Little Cabin on the Prairie for a $10 per animal per night charge) We do have a dog and a cat that live outside. If you should you feel the need of canine companionship, Hank, our gentle (and world-famous) Border Collie, will be happy to be your surrogate pet as well as provide ranch tours for you and Cowboy kitty would love to snuggle with you and enjoy the view from the patio!
